Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sniper FX Signals (“we”), an unincorporated (non-limited-company) business, collects, uses and protects personal data when you use Sniper FX Signals, in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, hashed authentication credentials (via Supabase Auth).
• Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store subscription status and identifiers, never full card numbers.
• Usage data: tool-access timestamps and a salted hash of your IP address, for security and abuse prevention.
• Support data: anything you submit via the contact form or support page.

How we use data

• To provide, secure and maintain your account and tool access.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To respond to support requests.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Data sharing

We share data with service providers strictly to operate the Service: Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.

Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 12 months afterwards in case you wish to reactivate or raise a support query. Billing records are retained for 6 years after the tax year they relate to, as required by UK tax law (HMRC record-keeping requirements for self-employed businesses). We delete or anonymise data once these periods expire, unless we are required to keep it for longer to comply with a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting sniperfxrobot1@gmail.com.

International transfers

Some of our service providers (including Supabase and Stripe) may process data outside the UK/EEA, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the provider's adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) or Standard Contractual Clauses / the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
