Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sniper FX Signals (the “Service”), operated by Sniper FX Signals, an unincorporated (non-limited-company) business (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you accept these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides browser-based order-flow tools and dynamic charting for BTC/USD and XAU/USD to paying subscribers. The Service is analytical software only — it is not a broker, does not execute trades, does not hold client funds, and does not provide personalised financial advice.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• Each membership is for a single named user. Sharing login credentials or account access is prohibited and may result in suspension.
• You must be of legal age and legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

3. Membership, billing and cancellation

• Membership is billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe, in GBP unless stated otherwise.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
• Failed payments may result in a past-due status and, after any configured grace period, loss of tool access.

4. Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling access to the Service.
• No attempting to bypass authentication, entitlement checks, or rate limits.
• No unlawful, abusive, or harmful use of the Service.

5. No investment advice; no guarantees

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We make no representation or warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any output of the Service. See our Risk Disclosure.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by or licensed to us. Your subscription grants a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active membership.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, or for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, however arising, is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent or abusive activity, consistent with our published policies.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, mandatory consumer-protection rules of that part of the UK may also apply.
