Refund Policy

Your 14-day cancellation right

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer you normally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days for a full refund. For digital services like Sniper FX Signals, we do not currently ask you to waive this right in exchange for immediate access, so it applies in full: if you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing, contact sniperfxrobot1@gmail.com for a full refund of that payment.

After the 14-day period

Once the 14-day period has passed, payments already taken are non-refundable, except as set out under Exceptions below. You can cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing — cancellation is not the same as a refund. Cancelling stops renewal but does not refund the current billing period, during which you retain access.

Exceptions

• Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by a billing system error.
• Where required by UK consumer protection law for digital content/services.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
